Meet Me
I approach my work with authenticity, creativity, and deep reverence for the body as a sanctuary of transformation. As a bodyworker and transformational guide, I weave together ancient wisdom traditions—Taoist alchemy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Five Element Theory (Wu Xing)—with modern wellness practices rooted in somatic awareness and self-expression.
Drawing from the I Ching, the 24 Chinese solar terms, and nature’s cyclical rhythms, my offerings honor the forgotten arts: bone breathing, floral bathing, sound healing, and my original Rabbit in the Moon practice, which brings myth to life as a guide for modern healing. I share seasonal self-care rituals and beauty practices to support emotional balance, embodiment, and inner creativity.
Through shiatsu, gua sha, reflexology, and energy-based therapies, I help others reconnect with their own medicine—where trauma softens, intuition awakens, and the wild healer within returns. With a foundation in public health and global wellness, I’m devoted to trust-building, cross-cultural collaboration, and sharing values that elevate collective wellbeing.
This is not healing as symptom management—but as art, myth, and remembrance. Let’s connect through the sacred rhythm of becoming.
